St Louis Home Exterior Repainting Project

One of our most recent jobs was the Micchelli Project where we repainted the entire front facade of the home. The house included third-story dormers, decorative cornice, stucco body, foundation, windows and entry doors with arched surround. We prepared the surface, removed loose coatings, caulked and filled imperfections, fully primed all surfaces for better paint adhesion, and applied two coats of paint to each surface.For this project we used Pittsburgh’s Perma-Crete masonry primer, Porter’s Acrishield Bonding Primer and Exterior Paint (both Flat and Satin finishes for different purposes). According to the customers preferences, we completely changed the layout of colors.We are happy to say that this home now outshines the 4 houses it is displayed with on Wikipedia in the picture of Lafayette Square, St. Louis. After we finished the project, the homeowner told us she felt that choosing colors was the hardest part of the project, but thought we did a very nice job with colors and the layout.
