Employment

At Kennedy Painting, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier quality and unmatched craftsmanship, with a strong focus on customer service excellence and complete satisfaction. We also prioritize team building, culture, and camaraderie, rewarding our team with outings, parties, and fun experiences.

Ensuring our team makes it home safely every afternoon is a top priority. That’s why we’ve invested in a safety consulting company that keeps us up to date on the latest OSHA safety requirements and provides advice on the safest ways to complete projects. They conduct ongoing safety audits, training, and feedback to ensure our team operates in the safest possible environment.

We are proud to have been recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, our third consecutive year receiving this award. In addition, STL Magazine named us the A-List painting company in St. Louis in 2023 and 2024. These honors reflect the strong culture and supportive environment we’ve built for our employees.

That commitment extends to our benefits as well. Our PTO program now includes sick pay, giving our team more flexibility and peace of mind when it matters most. We are committed to supporting growth and development, with employees acquiring new skills, engaging in cross-training, and discovering lifelong passions.
