Following the wash, our painting team carried out necessary prep work, including scraping, light sanding, and gap filling. The exterior of the building is sided with EIFS ( Exterior Insulation and Finish System), which protects and creates an insulated barrier against heat and moisture more so than the other options on the market today.

Having completed the necessary prep work, our painters proceeded by spot-priming specific areas before applying two coats of Sherwin Williams' Duration. We favor Sherwin Williams Duration for its proven durability and long-lasting finish, making it a reliable choice. The building color transitioned from the original beige tones to a more subdued blue, white, and gray color scheme, resulting in a fresh and appealing appearance. For the high-traffic areas such as railings and caution poles, we use PPG Durethane DTM which is a 2-part Epoxy composition that is ideal for applying directly to metal surfaces. Durethane DTM not only boasts exceptional durability but also enhances the overall aesthetic with a polished appearance.
